Intuitive User Interface
The user interface in MultiQuant MD Software is organized to provide you with easy access to the information that is most important to you. The navigation window makes it easy for you to move from one analyte group to the next, to display results from internal standards or from analytes only, and to review specific transitions.
Figure 1: Easy-to-use interface
The ability to sort MRM data by any quality metric or signal/noise ratio enables you to focus your review on only the lowest scoring MRM transitions. An overlay view of multiple MRM transitions for the same species allows you to assess peak shape to scan for possible peak interferences in selected channels. Many other ease-of-use features minimize mouse clicks and reduce the data review bottleneck in extracting quantitative information from every sample set. Using flexible user interface tools, you can even fine-tune the software's display based on your specific data processing needs (see Figure 1).
Rapid and Reliable Data Processing for Large Data Sets
MultiQuant MD Software is a powerful and easy-to-use quantitation package that processes MRM and full scan data for quantitation. The SignalFinder™ integration algorithm generates reliable integration results, faster and with less user intervention than ever before, helping analysts maximize their productivity.

User Defined Criteria for Flagging Outliers
MultiQuant MD Software allows the user to customize ‘flagging rules’, to enable rapid identification of outliers and to accelerate the data review process. The software allows the user to customize upper and lower concentration thresholds, accuracy % criteria for standards and QC samples, and ion ratio % tolerances.

Data Review by Exception
Using customizable criteria to flag outliers, MultiQuant MD Software facilitates ‘data review by exception’. The software automatically flags data that requires additional review, and allows the data analyst to quickly filter the data to show only those results that have been flagged.

Innovative Audit Trail Functionality
MultiQuant MD Software provides a robust audit trail, with innovative features such as Grouped Audit Events and powerful audit trail management and review functionality. The Audit Map Editor allows the laboratory administrator precise control over audit trail functionality using an intuitive interface. MultiQuant MD Software also provides dedicated data review functionality. The audit trail and the data are linked, and all versions of the data are stored. A reviewer can view the data before and after an auditable change. Data review and audit trail view panes are linked for easy and efficient data review.
MultiQuant MD Software has been designed to facilitate QA and supervisor review of the results, including review across multiple batches within a project. For example, all result tables in a given project can be scanned to find a specific event or action captured in the audit trail. MultiQuant MD Software also allows the reviewer to track a single sample across multiple batches, easily locating the original injection and re-injections in different results tables. The raw data for each injection and the integration can be easily checked and tracked.
Data integrity is assured throughout. The software allows locking of the data to prevent further changes. Locking/unlocking authority is defined by the administrator who can also require that data be locked prior to exporting to LIMS or printing. The software also requires the operator to save the results prior to printing or exporting. Finally, a dedicated data review function has been added to allow QA review without the potential of accidentally changing the data.
Flexible Reporting Options
MultiQuant MD Software enables a wide variety of reporting options. Output your results in Word, HTML, PDF, CSV or TXT format. The flexible reporting tool allows you to present your results in the format of your choosing. Include tables, metric plots, calibration curves, chromatograms, or statistics – the choice is yours.

Direct Data Transfer to Your Laboratory Information System (LIS/LIMS)
In addition to generating hard-copy reports, MultiQuant MD Software allows you to directly export results to your Laboratory Information System (LIS). This can be facilitated either with, or without, the use of a middleware software package.
